• CSA approved Helmet with dual ear flaps, fastened chin strap, and attached face mask, preferably black or white (required for U7)
• Proper running shoes or baseball cleats. No metal cleats or spikes. (required for U7)

• Black short/long sleeve t-shirts (for under jersey)
