Elite Coaching

Fury Elite will represent Fury at the Calgary Women’s Fastpitch Association and Tournaments and compete in between 5-6 (TBD) A Level Softball tournaments and events throughout the pre-season and Season with our 17U group.
Fury Elite will have core values of athlete driven development.
Fury Elite will participate in out of town tournaments across North America.
Higher financial costs- tournaments, extra training, travel etc.

Elite Coaching

Elite coaching will include highly experienced and knowledgeable coaches who work with elite-level players and teams.
These coaches have a deep understanding of the game, advanced strategies, and the ability to develop players to perform at their best.
They will focus on refining techniques, game tactics, and mental preparation to help Fury athletes excel at the higher levels of fastpitch softball.
Including Elite coaching is often more specialized and demanding, aiming to prepare players for competitive tournaments and championships.

Throwing --- mechanics, delivery, accuracy, velocity
Catching--- glove work, consistency, glove positioning.
Hitting --- power, consistency, bat path, contact, sequential movement, hand positioning.
Athleticism – training girls to be better athletes, strength development, quickness, speed, agility.
Mental training – being prepared for competition, mental toughness, visualization, preparedness.
Game Play -- reading situations, making good decisions, execution, team play.
Pitching – speed, accuracy, control, pitch selection, pitch development, mental training.
Catching – stance, blocking, glove positioning, arm strength, delivery, game calling.
