Starting in 2026, the jersey ($60) and volunteer ($200) bonds will be collected at registration to help managers and coaches. *Does not apply to U7

Regular Season Fees:

• U7 - $225                       U9 - $350
• U11 - $350                    U13 - $395
• U15 - $395                    HS - $395

*Does not include early bird discount or late fees if applicable.

Registration fees cover the cost of 

• field/diamond rentals
• team pictures
• Batting Cage

These fees help cover the costs accumulated by the organization, and help to make the experience one of a kind.

 "Volunteer Bond"  refers to a financial commitment made by individuals or their families when they participate in the association's activities. This bond is intended to encourage volunteerism and support the smooth operation of the association. 

Record Keeping: The association will  keep track of the volunteer hours contributed by each participant through managers and division directors.  Once the required hours are completed, the bond is refunded.

Failure to Volunteer: If a participant does not fulfill the required volunteer hours, they may forfeit all or a portion of their bond, which then goes towards supporting the association's operational costs.

The Bond will be charged at time of registration

All players will be issued a jersey to use for the season. All Jerseys must be handed in by the end of the season to the team manager washed and folded. 

The Jersey Bonds will be collected at time of registration for every jersey at the cost of $60.00.  There is a $20.00 deductible per jersey.

You can find that information on the Town of Okotoks Website, updated daily at 4:00 PM. Calgary Minor Softball will contact your team coach/manager if league games are cancelled. Information will be dispersed as quickly as possible. Please make sure to have all contact info updated.

For all parent-coach or athlete-coach conflicts related to playing time, in-game decisions, coaching methodologies, personality conflicts or otherwise, we encourage parents/athletes to wait 24hrs from the time of the event or activity before contacting a coach for discussion.  Some teams may elect to have the team manager help facilitate these discussions. 

In the event the conflict cannot be resolved at the team level, please contact your age division director
