Police Check

​Calgary Minor Softball Association requires all Coaches and Managers to have a a current and valid vulnerable sector check completed.

• If you have never had a police clearance, or yours is expired. You need to complete a new police check.
• Valid for 3 years.

 Out-of-Town Coaches and Managers

If you reside outside Calgary you must obtain a Police Check from the RCMP agency in the jurisdiction where you live.  Volunteers who live outside of Calgary must still request a volunteer letter from Calgary Minor Softball.  Once a letter has been received, it must be brought to your District RCMP office for processing.  

Coaches and Managers who do not provide Calgary Minor Softball with a valid Police Check will be ineligible and will be removed from the roster.
