Clinics- Pitching and Catching

The Foothills Fury is excited to announce an upcoming pitching clinic designed specifically for female softball players. This clinic aims to enhance pitching skills, build confidence, and foster a love for the game among young athletes. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches and improve their technique in a supportive environment.

Beginners 6 pm

Intermediate 7 pm

 pitchers. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your technique, this clinic is for you!

What to Expect:

• Skill Development: Participants will engage in drills focused on pitching mechanics, including grip, stance, windup, and follow-through.
• Technique Analysis: Coaches will provide personalized feedback and tips to help each player improve their skills.
• Strength and Conditioning: Learn exercises that promote pitching strength and endurance.
• Game Strategy: Understand the mental aspects of pitching, including pitch selection and in-game decision-making.
